Vision Statement
Rugby Cubz offer tailored rugby coaching programmes for children aged 3–14 years old, and will develop specific tailored coaching sessions for special needs children, particularly focused on the autistic spectrum.
Our passion and ethos is INCLUSIVITY and EMPOWERMENT. At Rugby Cubz we strongly believe that rugby can be for ALL children, in a way that can enhance their lives and social skills, enabling them to be the best possible version of themselves.
Our Programme
The programme will be delivered promoting the IRFU initiative “The Spirit of Rugby” which includes practical educational programmes that embody and promote the core values of the game – Respect, Inclusivity, Integrity, Fun and Excellence.
We have full Covid-19 mitigation measures in place and have carried out a Covid-19 Risk Assessement alongside our programme.

Rob is an IRFU Qualified Youth Coach with experience of coaching girls and boys from U12 up over the last ten years.
