Our passion and ethos is INCLUSIVITY and EMPOWERMENT. We at Rugby Cubz strongly believe that rugby can be for ALL children, in a way that can enhance their life and social skills to be the best version of themselves that they can possibly be.
Our speciality
We Provide an Environment for Our Young Participants to Grow & Excel
Rugby Cubz NI will offer tailored rugby coaching programmes targeted at pre school and primary school children aged 3 – 14 years old, and will develop coaching for special needs children tailoring a specific programme for this group.
The programme will be delivered promoting the IRFU initiative “The Spirit of Rugby” which includes practical educational programmes that embody and promote the core values of the game – Respect, Inclusivity, Integrity, Fun and Excellence.

A Bit About
Our Head Coach
Rugby Cubz NI is owned and run by Rob Rossiter who has 15 years experience in coaching boys and girls Rugby across all age groups. Rob is passionate about Rugby and about using Rugby as a platform for our young people, especially those with learning difficulties, to further themselves.
Rob has a range of coaching and safeguarding qualifications, bringing a professional and safe outlook to Rugby Cubz NI for all involved. These can be viewed below.
